I have just recently make a purchase for this UCS set on Amazon through Tarazz services. I was very excited when the package arrived. This is what awaits me…
I was in total shock when i open the outer carton box. The Lego box was badly damage, all the seal are broken and when i try to lift up the lego box everything drop out. Even the small little bags that contains Lego pieces is broken. This set cost me a bomb and i do not expect them to do so poorly in packaging and handling of goods.
I have contacted Tarazz customer services and is now waiting for their reply regarding this matter. What can i do now that the item is damage and i cant even be sure that the set is complete ? Would really appreatice if any one who have similar experience advise me on this issue.
UPDATE : I have return item back to Tarazz now waiting for the refund …
UPDATE : Gotten the refund, will think twice when ordering online
